We expect our safety surfaces to last for many years as we use the highest quality materials. However, just like any surface, the greater the footfall, the more likely the surfaces are to wear. We’re happy to make suggestions on whether you choose wet pour or rubber mulch, depending on your project.
One of the big advantages of installing an RTC safety surface is the ease of maintenance. There is a document available for download over on technical information page, which will provide you with our recommendations
The cost of installation depends on a variety of factors including area size, depth, site location, vehicular access, colour and design details. For this reason, and to keep prices as competitive as possible, each installation is priced individually. We have a dedicated estimating department who are available to provide you with an accurate quote over the phone – 01282 414131.
This depends on the type of play equipment you have installed in your area. When a surface is being installed underneath play equipment, we recommend that British and European Standards are adhered to. In-depth documents that will answer this FAQ are available for download over on our technical information page.
This depends on the size of the area to be surfaced and whether there is a design involved. Our high-capacity purpose built mixers, ensure that installation is as quick as possible.
In many cases, the next day! Your installation team can advise you on this as your wet pour or rubber mulch is being installed.
The depth of the surface depends upon the critical fall height (CFH) of the play equipment installed. Documents providing full answers to this question are available to download on our technical information page and rubber mulch page.
We take into account many variables when quoting wet pour or rubber mulch projects. Therefore, we have no set price per square metre. We can however, provide a price per square metre for your project if you have an approximate area size, depth required, access to site, design and/or colours in mind and location. Our quick quotes are accurate and are available over the phone – 01282 414131

No, wet pour is not like other surfaces such as tarmac. The rubber crumbs and resin binder are mixed on site with no heat used in he process
We do not install our wet pour onto driveways as vehicles are likely to damage the surfacing. To confirm whether wet pour is suitable for your project, please contact us.
