After our rapid expansion here at RTC Safety Surfaces in the last couple of months, company owner, Helen Jones felt that we were due the annual RTC Safety Surfaces team day out as a great way of thanking the staff for their hard work and dedication as well as introducing the new recruits to the whole team.
The whole company went into standby as all 45+ staff members’ burnt rubber around a go-karting track – a lot different to installing rubber! The afternoon then led into the evening where drinks and food were supplied to continue on with the celebrations. It was a great day out, enjoyed by all.
Last year’s team day out involved the whole team battling it out on a paintballing mission. It was another great success as spirits were held high.
