FAQs

How long will my safety surface last?

We expect our surfaces to last for many years because we use the highest quality materials. However, greater footfall will make the surface more prone to wear. We’re happy to suggest whether you should choose Wet Pour or Rubber Mulch depending on your project.

How do I maintain my safety surface?

An advantage of RTC safety surfacing is the ease of maintenance. View our installation, maintenance and repair page for more information.

Do you have a price list?

The installation cost depends on various factors including area size, depth, site location, vehicular access, colour and design details. To keep prices competitive, we price each installation individually. Our dedicated estimating department is available to provide you with an accurate quote over the phone – 01282 414131.

How much surfacing will I need around my equipment?

The surfacing amount depends on the type of play equipment you have. When we install a surface underneath play equipment, we recommend adhering to British and European Standards.

How soon can I use the surface after installation?

In many cases, the next day! Your installation team can advise you during the process.

How deep should my surface be?

The depth of the surface depends on the critical fall height (CFH) of your play equipment.

Why can’t I find a price per square metre?

We consider many variables when quoting Wet Pour and Rubber Mulch projects. Therefore, we have no set price per square metre. We can provide a price per square metre for your project if you have an approximate area size, depth required, access to the site, design and/or colours in mind and location. Is Wet Pour suitable for my driveway?

We don’t install Wet Pour onto driveways as vehicles are likely to damage the surface. To confirm whether Wet Pour is suitable for your project, please contact us.
